These connections extend to you as well.

The Akio Morita Library is a memorial museum that presents the character and achievements of Sony founder Akio Morita and his wife, Yoshiko. More than anything else, Akio treasured his unshakable connection with others. He was born as the fifteenth head of a sake brewery and revolutionized the world of business and culture. It was his wife Yoshiko’s Omotenashi that helped build these connections. The Akio Morita Library presents the couple’s achievments through their public and private effects.

Outline of the facilities

Akio and Yoshiko’s “connection” to the persons they cherished most. Through the five exhibition areas, we will show how this was an important factor in making the dream come true.
