All visits to Akio Morita Library are made by advance reservation (for designated date and time). The reservation procedures for individual visitors and group visitors (a group of more than 11 people) are different. Please check below.
Individual reservation
- Book from the web reservation page
- Check your reservation number
- Present your reservation number at the reception
- Pay the admission fee
- Please book your convenient date and time from the web reservation page.
- When your reservation is complete, you will receive an email with a “reservation number” at the email address you provided.
- Please present your reservation number at the reception when you come to the museum.
- When confirming the reservation, please pay the admission fee.

Group reservation

- Pay the admission fee
- For groups (11 or more people), please use the inquiry form to make a reservation. In order to provide a more comfortable viewing time, the museum cannot accommodate more than 20 people at a time. When you wish to have more than 20 people, please make a reservation for more than 2 frames (2 hours) or split the time.
- When your reservation is complete, you will receive an email to the email address you provided.
- Please let us know the name of your representative at the reception when you come.
- When confirming the reservation, please pay the admission fee.

Notes for visitors
- Please let us know the day before if you want to change your reserved time.
- Admission tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable.
- There is no waiting area in the museum. Please refrain from entering before the start time.
- You can enter the museum at any time during the time frame you have reserved. There is no turnover system.
- Please note that a guide is not provided for this tour.
- If there is more than one person, please enter after all members of the group are present.
- Students, seniors and people with disabilities will be asked to show their proof of eligibility for the discount.
- Please refrain from taking videos in the museum.
- Photography is allowed only in the areas of the museum where it is allowed to be taken.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking in the museum.
- Those who are under the influence of alcohol are strictly prohibited from visiting the museum.
- Assistance dogs are allowed, but pets are not allowed in the building.
- The museum is barrier-free.
- There are no cloakrooms or lockers in the museum.
- We do not take any responsibility for theft or trouble of guests on the premises.
- Please note that we cannot be responsible for any accidents that may occur in the museum.
- There are materials that can be held in your hands, but please handle them with the utmost care.
